PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ADDRESS BEFORE YOU PLACE AN ORDER- ONCE IT’S SHIPPED, WE CANNOT GET IT BACK!

Note- In the event of a supply shortage for a specific blank product, an alternative of the closest possible cut and color will be used.

WHAT ABOUT CUSTOM ORDERS, COMMISSIONS, AND CUSTOMIZATION?

Everything is made to order- please email us at noexitcollection2@gmail.com with custom order/customization requests.

If you like a print but want to remove words or switch out part of the print with part of a different design, we can do that. If you want a tank top print on a T-Shirt instead, we can usually do that (or vice versa.) 

For commissions and custom designs, we will give you a price estimate based off of the ordering, designing, carving, and printing process involved.

 

HOW DO I CONTACT YOU IF SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH MY ORDER?

    Please email us at noexitcollection2@gmail.com and include your name, order number, and reason you are contacting. Not including an order number will delay response time.  We do not answer emails on weekends, only on business days. Also please be nice and considerate as there are only two of us and- as everything is handmade- sometimes unexpected delays impact shipping or restocking.

     

    SHIPPING QUESTIONS:

    I NEED AN ITEM BY A SPECIFIC DATE.

    Our handprinted collection products are made to order and hand-made. It takes time and care to make quality products and we do our absolute best to get them out as soon as they are ready. 

    If you're in a rush, our ready-to-ship products in the main clothing category are the way to go!

    Please take care to double-check the estimated shipping time in the item descriptions when ordering and feel free to reach out if that time passes and we will provide an updated estimate for specific orders.

     

    HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

      Prints and stickers typically ship within 5-10 business days unless otherwise noted in the description or purchased alongside an item with a later estimated shipping time. (Multi-item orders will be shipped at the latest shipping date listed. For example, if you buy a shirt estimated to ship in 3 weeks and a sticker estimated to ship in 2, expect your order to ship in 3 weeks.)
      View item descriptions to confirm estimated shipping time for shirts and tank tops. The processing time and volume of orders for these items affects how fast we are able to produce them. Production delays are possible and can influence actual shipping times vs estimated shipping times (i.e. illness, weather, holidays)

      DELIVERY QUESTIONS:

      I LIVE IN A DORM/UNIVERSITY HOUSING AND YOU SHIPPED MY PACKAGE BUT I HAVEN’T RECEIVED IT YET!

      Contact your school’s mail center and put in a locate mail request! After it is out of USPS’ hands there is nothing we or USPS can do. It is almost always the case that your school's mail center staff are able to help you. ALWAYS double check that you are addressing your orders the way your school suggests on their website or they will get held up in the sorting center!

      MY PACKAGE IS DELIVERED BUT I CAN'T FIND IT.

      We are not responsible for lost or stolen mail. If your order says “delivered” but it is not there, please contact USPS (or your chosen delivery service) regarding that. We can’t do anything about it- USPS (or your chosen delivery service) will be able to help more. 

      Damaged mail will be considered for refunds/replacements on a case by case basis. We cannot be held responsible for all the hands that your package goes through after it leaves our own.

       

      WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?

        We do not do replacements (with no returned items) for anything other than prints.
         

        Returns, replacements and exchanges are ONLY ALLOWED if:

        1.  Your item came damaged or

        2. You received the wrong item.

        You must provide pictures of how your item came damaged/the wrong item received. 

        14 day exchange/return window from when item is delivered. Return shipping label price will be deducted from the total of the refund.

        Please refer to the SIZE CHART tab for any sizing questions. Triple check! Returns and exchanges are NOT ACCEPTED otherwise.

        HOW DO I WASH MY SHIRTS?

        Wash inside out on delicate wash cold setting and air dry.
